Tru Mah Col Association for the Education of Young Children hosted their Annual Early Childhood Institute on March 15, 2008 at the Avalon Inn in Warren.  Early Childhood Educators were honored with presentations by the dynamic Dr. Dan Gartrell, author of “The Power of Guidance” and several other books and publications.
